Staying updated​

status, doctor, watch, collect, work and init print one line when a newer release exists, naming the upgrade command for how the machine installed Orion. The check is cached for 24 hours, never runs in hook mode, off a terminal or under CI, and is silenced by ORION_NO_UPDATE_CHECK=1.
