orion config agents -- an interactive wizard for the agent roster. Per actor: a free-text name (Enter keeps it, - clears it) and two numbered menus, model and effort, so neither can be set to a typo. An actor can now also run at a chosen claude --effort level (low, medium, high, xhigh, max) via agents.<id>.effort in orion.json, the same way it can already be renamed or moved to a different model. orion config agents --reset [id...] restores the shipped defaults for one agent, several, or the whole roster, without going through the wizard (OR-131).
